Finally got my bill. Keep in mind I was paying 240 dollars a month budgeted (12 months=12 bills of average usage=Use 1200 dollars of electric per year, pay 100 dollars a month instead of 30 this month and 180 another) at my last place. I moved in on June 22nd and the Bill is from 06/22-07/15; 24 days. Not a full month but a full months bill shouldn't be that much more drastic. I've kept the central A/C at 72 degrees and I take long showers daily and ~a weekly bath to help achy muscles. Laundry done daily and dishwasher run daily. All new, EnergyStar stuff (furnace, central a/c). GE Appliances all around. Anyways, sorry for rambling....

$20.54!!! I was way off on the Kwh charge. It is only $0.05xxxxx per. 41 kwh used in June and 69 used in July. 110 total plus your usual charges.

Pretty fuggin happy right now IMO.

Yeah well that 20.54 was just estimated usage based upon previous months with this place unoccupied. The average bill for the summer months was about 130 dollars a month. Pretty fucking bad for an apartment IMO.
