Threaded Mode | Linear Mode

Getting tired of my inkjet printers drying up or constantly cleaning themselves to the point where there is no more ink, so I guess a laserjet printer is in order. Anyone have any ideas for a good one that will print pro-ish quality pictures on photo paper that can also scan (not a requirement though), but won't break the bank (prefer no more than $250)?

Dude if you are looking for a sick ass photo printer, go with a wax printer. You may pay more for the supplies, but the fucking quality is insane. We used to have Xerox Phaser 8200s at work and they were awesome.

I just bought a black and white laser printer from Dell. It kicks ass for printing out all my school stuff... I've already had to print up over 500 pages of notes on it in the month I've had it. Check Dell.

I couldn't snag a color printer as easily. We got a shit ton of old IBM 1130s that are probably just going to be sent to the crusher anyway. I could easily get rid of those. All working.

you'll be hard pressed to find a colour laserjet for less than $250. This about the cheapest I can find:

Prices are in canadian. Try newegg, or something like that, and don't get a shitty laser printer, you'll regret it.
