Nah Czar where I was training we had kids too and they had some fight to them. The guy trained 7 and 8 year olds in MMA, pretty wicked to see a little kid shootfighting.

My little girl looks like she could take somebody's head the fuck off when we go. She's intense.

And I like going with the wife and kids, gives us something athletic to do together that isn't competitive. I'm doing the grown-ups only class Thursday night, and hopefully and advanced seminar Friday night with Sifu Neil Cauliffe. He's based in Florida Shawn, you ever heard of him?

Yep. I did a seminar with him once already, crazy Filipino martial arts, all about breaking limbs and wrecking joints. He comes up to Rhode Island once every month or two to do seminars or just train my instructors.

I'm also doing the Inosanto seminar in May.

I barely got to spar last night. All the guys who usually hang out to spar didn't show up to class. I was pissed.

You mean you're not going to go to the Saturday class on Wednesday?
